each piece is crafted with love and high quality materials; however, they remain a fragile product so please treat it with care. stainless steel is durable but the coating might come off over time with exposure to water
the charms are handmade by a human, not a factory
please allow 1 - 2 days for order processing, and a further 1 - 4 days for shipping depending on where you are located
standard shipping rate: R70
+ spend R300 or more and the courier cost is on us
please ensure you enter the correct shipping details (address, town, postal code & contact number) to avoid any unnecessary mishaps
☎️ refunds & returns ;
if you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at charmedbyem@icloud.com with your name and order number so we can investigate
all products are closely inspected before being shipped out, if you however do receive a defective or incorrect item, you have 24 hours to inform us of this and we will then arrange for a collection of the item and for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you
please note that we will not accept any returns (whether it is the incorrect item or a defective item) if the item has been removed from its original packaging
no refunds will be given for purchasing the incorrect port as guides are provided on the website. we are however happy to arrange an exchange
the customer will be liable for the R70 courier fee, both ways
